Project Objective: 

Id Card Business Management System using PHP and MySQL database makes your task simple. It helps you to take the student's data from schools or colleges in an organized way and it allows you to export all data in excel format with images. Here is an advance feature during image upload we use an image compressor and resizer which decrease the image size with saving image quality that decrease the load on your server and your application runs smoothly. 

you can export your data in excel like below the image: 

Features: 

  • Multi-login System (Admin Login + User Login)
  • Add New School or user 
  • Export Data in Excel
  • Automatically Image compressed and save it to the database while adding new student data and images from the user panel 
  • Add New Student from the user panel 
  • Delete Student
  • Short student data

A brief overview of the technology:

Front end: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 
HTML: HTML is used to create and save web documents. E.g. Notepad/Notepad++
CSS : (Cascading Style Sheets) Create attractive Layout
Bootstrap: responsive design mobile-friendly site

Back end: PHP, MySQL
PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is a technology that allows software developers to create dynamically generated web pages, in HTML, XML, or other document types, as per client request. PHP is open-source software.
MySQL: MySql is a database, widely used for accessing querying, updating, and managing data in databases.

Software Requirement

Here is some local server recommendation you can use for one of them. or you can also use it on your live server

Installation Steps

  1. Download the zip file and unzip the file on your local server.
  2. Put this file inside "c:/xampp/htdocs/" .
  3. Database Configuration Open phpmyadmin
  4. Create Database named "id-card-generator"
  5. Import database id-card-generator.sql from the downloaded folder(inside the database)
  6. Open Your browser put inside "http://localhost/manage-id-card/"
